We have represented virtually
all of the divergent interests in the oil and natural gas industry
such as producers, gatherers, processors, marketers, refiners, intrastate
and interstate pipelines, local distribution companies and retail
enterprises. In the deregulated electricity markets, our experience
includes judicial and administrative proceedings, contract and tort
litigation and acting as general counsel to electricity industry
Clients in a broad range of transactional and regulatory engagements.
The Firm’s practice in the
energy arena continues to expand with experience in environmental
remediation and contamination claims, taxation protests or disputes
